Pay: $24$27/hour
Hours: Weekend Days 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (will include 23 days during the week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sub Arc Welder to join a manufacturing team specializing in precision welding operations. The Sub Arc role involves fabricating and repairing metal components interpreting blueprints ensuring high-quality welds and adhering to all safety and quality standards. To succeed as a Sub Arc Welder you must be comfortable operating and maintaining submerged arc welding equipment while following established procedures.
Test Requirement
- Stick test
- Sub Arc on thick plate 18 long
Key Responsibilities
- Perform submerged arc welding (SAW) on metals such as steel stainless steel and alloys according to project specifications.
- Operate and maintain SAW equipment ensuring proper setup and calibration.
- Utilize filler materials and fluxes appropriate to the welding process and base material.
- Inspect finished welds to confirm quality standards are met.
- Adhere to company safety practices and maintain a clean work environment.
