Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact through strategic advice and collaborative leadership Were looking for a skilledSenior Advisorto join our team supporting the MinistrysHistoric Abuse Resolution Service. This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence important work that supports justice strengthens cross-agency partnerships and contributes to better outcomes for individuals and communities. Youll be part of a team that values integrity compassion and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic advice and oversight
Deliver high-quality consistent advice across key work programmes ensuring alignment with the Ministrys goals and responsibilities.Lead redress and resolution work
Manage and assess historic abuse claims in collaboration with government agencies and contribute to the development of redress processes that uphold justice and compassion.Drive performance and continuous improvement
Lead the implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and support the ongoing improvement of tools processes and service delivery.Build strong relationships and uphold equity
Foster collaborative relationships across the Ministry wider health sector and government

Proven organisational skills with the ability to think ahead use initiative establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst preserving high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Previous experience in applying critical thinking and using sound judgement to develop options and provide advice
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor complex messages to a range of audiences
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
Effective communication and coordination skills to support cross-agency collaboration.
