We are Canadas largest independent information technology services firm and after 45 years were still growing. We are looking for a Business Services Analyst to join our growing team. We are offering a chance to work with our team of experience professionals and provide high-value support to our Business Unit. This is your opportunity to learn about business operations and client services in an advanced business environment. You will work with CGI Consultants Directors and Executives on a full range of business operations program management and resourcing activities/tasks.



In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.

Job Description

Your future duties and responsibilities

Daily activities include data analysis client service and deliver Business Operational Reports.

Client Communication: respond to client inquiries issue resolution troubleshooting

Completing audit requirements including audit logs and reports

On boarding clients: agreements assist with communication and maintain client satisfaction.

Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery

Create and manipulate raw data for various business needs.

Assist in the creation of presentations as required by the business.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role Must be in a Co-op Accredited program



Technical Requirements:

Microsoft Office tools: Outlook Excel (Pivot Table VLOOKUP) Access PowerPoint Project SharePoint Visio Word
