ThispositionforProjectManagertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectricalneeds from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities including profit supervision customer relations and fiscal and contract management.

• Detailedtake-offandestimatingforelectricalservice tenantimprovementlightcommercialandlightindustrialwork
• Marketing&buildingprofitablejobs
• Decisionmakingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcosttimeandperformance
• Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions
• Interfacingwithcontractorsvendorsandin-houseoperations
• Coordinateanddirectworkforce
• Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture

• 5yearsconstructionprojectexperienceintheregionalmarketwithprovenrecordof successfulrelationshipsandmarketingskillspreferred
• Priorexperiencewithdesign/buildpreferred
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods
• Demonstratedabilitytoreadunderstandandwritecontracts
• Experiencedinwritingdetailedscopeproposals
• StrongcomputerskillsExcelWordestimatingsoftware(ConEstaplus)
• Excellentpeoplecommunicationandnegotiatingskills

Salaryrangeforthispositionis$105000-$155000annually.
