We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily property. This position is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units/apartments hallways and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming and polishing surfaces.
- Cleaning of onsite facilities such as laundry rooms mail rooms offices gyms and lobbies/offices
- Restock supplies such as toiletries towels and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
- Will responsible for cleaning units and participating in the make ready process of apartments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks throughout shifts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
