What are we looking for
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting operations at a fast-paced high-growth software company. You will play a critical role in providing a positive candidate experience by supporting our interview scheduling process and partnering closely with recruiting coordinators recruiters hiring managers and interviewers.
What will you do
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones using GoodTime and Greenhouse ATS
- Partner with recruiters recruiting coordinators and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
- Ensure candidates receive timely and professional communication throughout the interview process
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve last-minute changes quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and support general recruiting operations tasks as needed
- Assist with special projects within the recruiting team such as data integrity compliance projects and candidate experience improvements
What skills and knowledge should you bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications or a related field with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027
- Previous internship experience in talent acquisition or coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with GoodTime and/or Greenhouse is a plus training will be provided

Logistics: 10 weeks long part-time internship (15-hours per week) $25/hr start date in mid-October ; ideal for a student based in EST
