Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- Proficiency in programming languagessuch as Python Java C C# JavaScript or Go.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience withcloud platforms(e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Familiarity withDevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Expertise indatabases(SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Knowledge oftesting frameworksand writing unit/integration tests.
- Breaks down functional and business requirements into tangible clear and estimable objectives providing recommendations to management and project team members.
- Writes end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components.
- Ensures quality performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions.
- Works with team members to ensure design development and execution align with and support adjacencies and adhere to established architectural standards.
- Notifies team or technical manager of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and
- 58 yearsof professional software development experience.
- Proven track record ofleading projects or mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience inagile development environments(Scrum Kanban).
- Hands-on experience withsystem performance tuning and scalability
