Are you an experienced Optical Assistant ready to take the next step in your career
Kings Hill Opticians part of the Hakim Group are looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our friendly practice and support the delivery of outstanding patient care.
The Role
As Optical Assistant Team Lead you will:
Lead and support our team of Optical Assistants ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Deliver an excellent patient journey from first welcome through to dispensing and aftercare.
Support clinical colleagues including managing pre-screening appointment booking and diary organisation.
Oversee stock management merchandising and product presentation.
Play a key role in training and developing the team leading by example.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to continually improve service and patient experience.
What were looking for
Previous experience as an Optical Assistant (essential)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Organised approachable and confident in problem-solving
