As an Events Management Associate within the Global Banking team you will deliver world-class events for our clients and prospects by leveraging strategic marketing plans that increase sales and grow market share. Job responsibilities:
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- 3 years of experience with events project management business management or corporate communications; Bachelors Degree required
- Exceptional planning and time management skills with a strong focus on logistical coordination and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibits high-level executive presence when interacting with senior leaders; ability to work in a matrix management organization structure
- Strong sense of time management prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build reporting analyze data and streamline information
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to success
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet using sound judgement to address and/or mitigate issues as needed
- Self-aware and receptive to constructive feedback continuously striving for personal and professional growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Some travel required
