Job Summary
IMMEDIATE FULL TIME OPENING for aReceptionist/Service Assistant position inNorth Aurora. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership service setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization enjoy problem solving be comfortable with technology and possess an outstanding attendance record.
Essential Functions:
- Scanning and filing Repair Orders.
- Setting up We Owes with customers.
- Answering phones and assisting customers.
- Billing out customers.
- Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry scanning filing and various other office duties.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:
This is a full-time position. The hours are typically Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday from 10 am - 7 pm(with 1 hour lunch) and Saturday 7am-3pm.
Education / Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.
Compensation:
- Pay range for this position:$16.00-17.00/hr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education)
