Description of the role:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team at Mark Toyota of this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of automotive finance and insurance processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Adhere to our comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance departments overall profitability and product penetration
We present 100% of our products 100% of the time and report results on a daily basis
Review and inspect the flow of the departments paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines
Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
Be an example of professional ethics morals and excellent customer service
Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
Set and maintain finance department work schedule
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalentrequired college degree/finance experience preferred
Prior finance automotive experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivation
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check drug screen current valid drivers license.
