Job Summary
Your leadership will drive the real-time orchestration of agents that interact with data APIs and usersunlocking smarter faster and more adaptive applications at scale. Success in this role requires strong programming proficiency along with deep knowledge of agent architectures orchestration frameworks and modern AI toolchains.
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- 2-3 years experience with a focus on AI systems or intelligent agents
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong programming skills in Python TypeScript or Go
- Solid understanding of AI infrastructure architectures and tooling
- Hands-on experience building agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent frameworks
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Experience designing and implementing workflow orchestration and execution systems
- Familiarity with document and graph data storage technologies like MongoDB or KuzuDB
- Understanding of AI memory systems including contextual embeddings and long-term memory management; bonus for experience with LangMem or LangGraph
- Awareness of ethical AI principles particularly around user privacy data security and responsible model integration
