Graduate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant ADHD Support Croydon Primary School
Start Date: Immediate Contract: Until July 2026 Pay: 95100 per day (PAYE)

A forward-thinking and supportive Primary School in Croydon is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work 1:1 with a Year 5 pupil diagnosed with ADHD.
This is a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year offering hands-on experience thats ideal for those aiming to become psychologists counsellors or therapists.
Were looking for someone who is:
- A graduate (preferably in Psychology or a related field)
- Calm consistent and able to adapt their approach to support focus and emotional regulation
- Confident in working with children particularly those with SEND or behavioural needs
- Open to feedback eager to learn and committed to best practice
Experience supporting children with ADHD or working in a school setting is beneficial but not essential - the right attitude empathy and a willingness to learn are just as important.

The position is paid weekly via PAYE at a rate of 95100 per day.
