Administrative Assistant - Kalamazoo MI
1st Shift (Part Time) Flexible Hours 7:00am - 11:00am $20/hr.
Job Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry file management and office organization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records for purchase orders job tracking and vendor communications
- Support payroll preparation and track employee hours as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
- Help coordinate schedules meetings and internal documentation
- Ensure smooth efficient day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Background in basic accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable professional and a strong team player
- Ability to lift and or move up to 25lbs. throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to stand walk bend and stoop.
- Ability to use hands to finger handle and feel.
- Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
- Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions.
