We are currently seeking a Band 8a Biochemistry Laboratory Manager to join our clients team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time ongoing position working core hours only offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage laboratory operations oversee staffing and workflow ensure regulatory compliance and drive service delivery and strategic development.
Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registration
- Post graduate Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in laboratory management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workflow optimisation
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- NHS experience (preferred)
