Job Description
Essential/Key Functions:
- Cleaning and supplying designated building areas (breakrooms offices restrooms).
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Conducting heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Making adjustments and minor repairs.
- Stocking and maintaining supply rooms.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior on-the-job work experience.
- The ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of color and textures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures and safety regulations.
