At Contabo we believe that strong partnerships are key growth drivers. As a Affiliate Manager you will be the driving force behind our global affiliate and partner network. You will take full ownership of building scaling and optimizing our programs with the goal of sustainably boosting revenue growth and customer acquisition.
In this role you will not only define the strategy but also execute it hands-on: recruiting new partners negotiating custom deals and developing creative incentive models that secure long-term relationships with affiliates publishers and influencers. At the same time you will manage budgets KPIs and campaign performance ensuring that every euro invested delivers measurable ROI.
You will work closely with colleagues in Performance Marketing Product and Creative teams to develop scalable campaigns. Along the way youll combine proven affiliate mechanisms with innovative approaches from AI-driven partner recruitment to automated reporting short: you will build an affiliate ecosystem that delivers results today while securing Contabos growth for the future.
What convinces us
Your personality combined with:
5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing with proven success in building and scaling programs and managing seven-figure annual budgets
Solid knowledge of leading affiliate tools (e.g. CJ Awin Post Affiliate Pro) as well as experience building and using CRM systems (Salesforce Hubspot)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with affiliates publishers and influencers (e.g. podcasts YouTube)
Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as CPA ROAS and LTV and the ability to present results clearly and data-driven
Experience in mentoring or leading junior managers
Excellent English skills (spoken and written) German is a plus
Industry knowledge in SaaS cloud hosting e-commerce or subscription models is an advantage
