Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a book of business ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40000 $60000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of personal lines accounts including some high-net-worth clients
- Handle renewals cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
- Walk clients through the renewal process ensuring their needs are met
- Quote new and renewal business (balanced mix)
- Collaborate with carriers to market and service accounts
- Utilize agency management software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager or in a similar role (3 years preferred with a stable work history)
- Proficiency with agency management software preferred
- Personable and client-focused with strong communication skills
- Ability to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
- Detail-oriented organized and proactive team player
