To provide a high level of paralegal support to the Chief Legal Officer and the entire legal team. High level of attention to detail initiative and professionalism required. This role is at the heart of the Legal Teams operations providing up to date and accurate legal research writing and document drafting addition to being organized and analytical the incumbent must possess strong business judgment and display excellent oral and written communication skills which are needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. The nature of the role requires working with and handling legal and business information that is highly confidential sensitive and/or proprietary. All matters must be treated with the highest level of trust discretion confidentiality and professionalism.
Support related to litigation mediation arbitration and responses to inquiries
Conduct legal research using online databases
Draft legal memos legal correspondence and other documents
Create legal forms
Manage legal process improvement projects
Create and maintain a case management system for all legal matters
Manage the creation and delivery of reports
Assist with paperwork needed by regulatory bodies
Prepare briefing materials legal letters and other legal documents
Assist in implementing changes to contracts
Renewing and maintaining any licensing
Manage legal team projects and other special projects as assigned
Maintain all legal team policies procedures and files in strict confidence
Research vendors and consultants
Facilitate communication with Senior Management staff consultants and vendors as needed
Support outside counsel management
Provide the highest level of service to both internal members and external- hospitality PLUS!
A paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and at least three (3) to four (4) years of paralegal experience.
Experience with Westlaw or another legal research tool.
Experience with PACER or other litigation tracking tool.
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite: Word and Excel ability to gain familiarity with MS PowerPoint Access and Project.
Ability to exercise sound judgment prioritize and make decisions.
Strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Strong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills.
Ability to consistently multi-task organize and prioritize work and change directions as needed.

Starting Compensation: $72182 - $88423 annually plus a competitive benefits package.
