In your role as a Technical Maintenance Specialist you will actively engage in cutting-edge maintenance operations to support our global distribution prowess. Ensuring the operational health of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular and emergency maintenance duties on diverse equipment
Handle diverse facility maintenance tasks including HVAC plumbing and electrical work
Use your keen analytical skills to manage maintenance data efficiently
Lead and develop team members within the maintenance division
Aid process enhancements and uphold safety protocols

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting using schematics
Ability to communicate effectively with external partners
Comprehensive understanding of safety standards
Physical capability for demanding tasks

An Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical skill set is preferred along with three years of pertinent experience.
