In your role as a Technical Maintenance Specialist you will actively engage in cutting-edge maintenance operations to support our global distribution prowess. Ensuring the operational health of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular and emergency maintenance duties on diverse equipment
- Handle diverse facility maintenance tasks including HVAC plumbing and electrical work
- Use your keen analytical skills to manage maintenance data efficiently
- Lead and develop team members within the maintenance division
- Aid process enhancements and uphold safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED plus one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting using schematics
- Ability to communicate effectively with external partners
- Comprehensive understanding of safety standards
- Physical capability for demanding tasks
An Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical skill set is preferred along with three years of pertinent experience.
