Job Purpose:-
Responsible forpromoting and providing information of organizations products as well as create new account answer queries including provide advice in a designated territory by contacting healthcare professionals in order to achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Detailing product knowledge to KOLs with short key message (Features and benefits)
- Built up good image both company and product
- Develop sales activities along with sales and marketing direction
- Solve the initial issue to customers with positive service mind to deliver customer good satisfaction.
- Communicate key message to customer and develop strong ongoing relationships with customers.
- Establish knowing according to purchasing process
- Develop strong sales competencies: accountability selling skill and product knowledge
- Establish annual quarterly monthly or weekly sales plans and prioritize
- Schedule own activities effectively to meet individual achievement
- Establish effective relationship and collaborations with other divisions to address key business issues and drive opportunities
- Open communication and transparency
Qualifications:-
- Bachelors Degree in Science or any related field.
- Experience : Minimum 1 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry would be preferable.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Positive attitude CAN DO high energetic with good team player.
- Good interpersonal with communication selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-Confidence have a good product knowledge with good presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and good follow-up.
- Be proactive to drive for result.
- Be able to work independently.
- Fair command of written and spoken English.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office MS Outlook).
