Key Responsibilities

- Support business coaching operations: schedule calls prepare meeting agendas and track weekly goals
- Run occasional local errands and assist with airport drop-offs/pick-ups when needed

- Prepare professional documents and standard operating procedures using Google Workspace and Asana
- Liaise effectively with internal teams external partners and professional contacts
- Act as the CEOs gatekeeper and priority manager ensuring smooth operations and focus on strategic goals

- Local candidate based in Pitt or Craven County NC
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software such as Asana (experience with GoHighLevel ProCare or Rippling is a plus)
- Exceptional organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently anticipate needs and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Absolute discretion and a commitment to confidentiality (NDA required)
- Professional polished and approachable demeanor
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends)
- Salary Range: $35000-$45000 annually commensurate with experience
- On-site role at the corporate office - not hybrid or remote
