Devsinc is seeking a results-driven Growth Specialist with a strong background in staff augmentation bidding and lead generation across high-demand technology domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying opportunities building strategic client relationships and generating leads through various outreach channels.
Youll be targeting international clients (US UK Middle East) with a focus on Full Stack Development Mobile Development (iOS Android Flutter React Native) Shopify Salesforce Dynamics 365 Cybersecurity and Metaverse.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bidding & Client Outreach:
- Apply on relevant freelance and job portals.
- Lead email outreach using platforms like Apollo Lemlist Mailshake Instantly Woodpecker etc.
- Draft tailored proposals RFPs and client communications to improve win rates.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups on proposals and maintain engagement with prospects.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn prospecting email campaigns and other digital channels.
- Engage prospects in IT staffing for high-demand skill sets like Full Stack Mobile Salesforce etc.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Achieve monthly KPIs related to lead generation proposals submitted and contracts won.
- Maintain accurate data on leads conversions and communications using CRM tools.
- Share weekly performance reports with management highlighting wins and blockers.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business CS IT or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development for IT Staff Augmentation.
- Demonstrated success in securing projects via Upwork LinkedIn and cold outreach.
- Deep understanding of global IT staffing trends and technical domains (Full Stack Shopify Salesforce Metaverse etc.).
- Excellent communication proposal writing and negotiation skills.
