Responsibilities
- Complete production processes flawlessly according to your training from your production leader supervisor or designee.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols including the accurate use of clothing and safety equipment.
- Report any issues related to quality efficiency safety or tools to your supervisor or line leader.
- Meet production standards consistently.
- Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000 ISO 13485 and CFR audits as required.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fundamental understanding of safety regulations and standard methodologies.
