About the Role: Revenue Operations Analyst

Were growing and were hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team within the Finance department! In this role youll make sure our go-to-market teams have clean data reliable reporting and processes that scale.

Youll collaborate closely with teammates across Sales Marketing and Customer Success contribute to a high-trust environment and play a direct role in shaping how commonsku scales. Along the way youll also help manage our HubSpot CRM configuring workflows supporting integrations and keeping it a reliable system of record.

What Youll Do

Heres what youll do:

  • Act as an administrator for HubSpot (Sales Hub Marketing Hub): configure pipelines workflows automations and scoring models.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene ensuring accurate enriched and complete records across GTM teams.
  • Partner with Marketing to implement attribution models set up campaign tracking and refine lead scoring and routing.
  • Optimize lead routing and pipeline accuracy to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Build dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance campaign ROI sales performance and forecasting.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and ad hoc reporting for Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance.


What You Bring

Some of the qualities that help you thrive in this role:

  • 13 years experience in Revenue Operations Marketing Ops Sales Ops or CRM Management.
  • Hands-on experience in HubSpot with admin-level exposure (configuring workflows automations pipelines).
  • Experience or exposure to CRM governance marketing attribution and campaign reporting.
  • SaaS or high-growth B2B environment experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (SQL or BI tools a plus).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative communicator comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfort working independently and asynchronously while also prioritizing collaboration and connection with people
  • Experience (or excitement for) working with AI


Compensation & Perks

We believe in fair transparent compensation. Starting salary for this role is $70000 - $80000 CAD depending on previous experience and skillset plus a 5% annual bonus opportunity based on company performance.

New hires are expected to come in at the midpoint of this range. However if this role sounds perfect for you and your expectations are outside of this range we encourage you to apply and let us know in your application about your ideal package. If we agree that its a good fit we will have open discussion around whats possible.

Location

This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada with the exception of Quebec (were not set up to operate there yet dsol!).

Were remote-first but if youre based in Toronto even better. Thats where we were founded and where we maintain our HQ today!
