Job Title: Civil Estimator
Location: Lafayette LA (projects along the Gulf)
Salary: $100000 $180000 DOE
Benefits: Truck Allowance Health Insurance Annual Bonus

Position Overview
The Civil Estimator will play a pivotal role in driving growth by preparing accurate and competitive bids for large-scale earthwork projects. As part of a dynamic estimating team you will manage a high-volume workload collaborating closely with colleagues and leadership to ensure precision and timeliness.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines has deep expertise in heavy civil estimating and has the ability to quickly develop strong industry relationships. With regional travel across the Gulf South this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to major projects while supporting the companys expanding presence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for large-scale earthwork and site development projects.
- Manage a consistent workload of with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team to deliver competitive bids.
- Travel as needed across Louisiana Texas Florida Tennessee Arkansas and Georgia for site reviews and client engagement.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids ensuring cost accuracy and scope alignment.
- Deliver timely complete bids to meet client and project requirements.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and client base where possible.
Qualifications
- 5 years of estimating experience with a strong emphasis on earthwork and civil
- groundwork.
- Proven success in bidding large-scale projects.
- Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for client and subcontractor engagement.
- Regional mobility and willingness to travel.
