This role reports directly to the Compliance Manager and regularly collaborates with the onboarding and operations departments.

For Oregon OCAs only - get paid a flat fee (instead of an hourly rate) for Oregon department vehicle inspection you must complete
Weekly hours: 40 per week
Shift: 11:00 - 20:00 EST (10:00 - 19:00 CST 09:00 - 18:00 MST 08:00 - 17:00 PST)
Traveled required: 30% of the time
Start date: ASAP

What you will do:
Schedule drivers for any district-specific or ongoing training
Monitor and maintain drivers status as kid-ready and update files accordingly
Conduct a high volume of daily phone calls and text messages
Become certified to teach and facilitate certain trainings (ie: training on policies defensive driving etc.)
Manage and track equipment inventory
Support on the ground OCA duties when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must be will to transport students if needed
For OR: Must meet physical demands to complete vehicle inspections
Must receive a positive recommendation from operations staff
Consistent Fairmatic score of 92- 100
Available to work Monday through Friday.
Read write and speak English at a proficient level
At least 18 years old
Have a printer
Have a reliable internet connection
Access to computer and printer
Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
