1. This position is mainly focus on driving business success by developing sales strategies and promoting solutions in the semiconductor & electronics sector.
2. Provide ongoing and timely strategic market input for the appraisal and execution of business opportunities.
Main Tasks
1. Research industry trends competitors and market dynamics of S&E to identify growth opportunities.
2. Gather market demand through customer interviews and pre-sales to develop solutions or propose product improvements.
3. Analyze S&E market demands to target potential customers and develop opportunities.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to target new customers expand market reach and boost market share.
5. Monitor sales data market feedback and customer information to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
6. Provide technical support to the sales team.
7. Participate in marketing activities such as conferences exhibitions and workshops to support sales development.
Requirements
Education
Relevant material science mastersdegree essentialmajor in Electronic/Physics/Optics Science or related is business qualification or PhD desirable.
Experience
1Minimum3yearsofmicro characterizationorrelatedexperiences in semiconductor & electronics industryS&E.
2Strong execution skills and a creative mindset are essential.
