Engineering Manager
in Holbrook
Full time 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
Closing date: 19th September 2025

Youll get to...
- Leadadvise and supportthe professional team of engineers at Holbrook depot as they maintain and repair our modern fleet of buses.
- Take ownershipof your resources stocks and people to make sure buses are presented and maintained to our high standards.
- Enjoy the varietyof a role which spans inventory recruiting training health & safety and so much more.
- Developyour own skills and talent with training and support provided in whichever areas you want to focus on.
- Progresseven further with guidance from our experienced Engineering Director to take your career onto the next step.
Well need you to...
- Have experience in a similar role in the bus or similar industry. You dont need to be an Engineering Manager already but it wont put us off if you are.
- Be able to show evidence of how youve managed teams before irrespective of their size. This doesnt mean you need to be a manager already.
