**Job Description**:

With sales volume soaring we need a proven leader with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service sales skills and training abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Bring experience in dealer management to the role.
- Foster a passion for customer retention and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) within the sales team.
- Establish monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales gross profit objectives and departmental profits.
- Collaborate with sales personnel and managers to set and work on specific goals and objectives.
- Cultivate a positive sales culture and team atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to drive performance improvement.
- Maintain a balanced inventory in both new and used vehicle sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies.
- Actively engage with the local community.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of used car market trends pricing and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and tools.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
**Education and/or Experience**:
- Experience education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
**Benefits**:
- Pay range for this position:$100000.00 - $200000.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education)
