Job Description
Unit:Home Health
Duration:13 weeks - Tuesday start dates!
Shift: Days:(8 hrs)
Shift Notes:40 hours guaranteed
On Call Requirements:No Call
Weekend Requirements:Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)
MANDATED Job Requirements:
- 1 year Home Health experience - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - REQUIRED
- Active and clear Drivers license and Car Insurance - REQUIRED
- Hawaii license - REQUIRED
- Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
- COVID and FLU vaccination - REQUIRED - will not accept declinations
- Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
Registration/Certification Requirements:BLS
