Core Required Skills / Technologies:
Candidates should have 4 years of experience in networking Domain
DOCSIS Technology: Experience with DOCSIS technology including CMTS and cable modem configurations.
Splunk Experience SQL average experience.
Network Management Protocols: Knowledge of network management protocols including SNMP TR-069 and DOCSIS management APIs.

- Collaborate with development testing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of support activities
- Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in application support or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
