Seeking candidate with 6-7 years of automation experience in Cypress PactumJS and API testing. Collaborate with the QA team to automate tests for quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the functional QA team to determine automation needs and priorities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress (Typescript/Javascript) and PactumJS
Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality
Analyze test results and work with developers to resolve issues
Adhere strictly to industry standards for automation testing
Successfully implement automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team
Requirements:
6 to 7 years of experience in automation testing
Proven expertise in Cypress (Typescript/Javascript) and PactumJS
Strong understanding of API testing and related tools
Experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
