WINTER-16 WKS-1YR/1ST TIMERS OK-Polysomnographer-R9124 CONTRACT MUST CONTINUE INTO JAN. EARLIEST END DATE: JAN 3 16 Week Assignment Travelers may request standard and/or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however approval is at the client s discretion Will position float between units: No Is on-call required No Are weekends required Yes Sunday night shift Are block schedules required Yes What are expected ratios 2:1 Special requirements: Are 48 hours approved: No Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staff Beds: 108 Scrub Color: All RN/Allied: Any Color; Scrubs provided for OR Critical Care ED PACU and Maternal Child; Case Manager: Business Casual Charting: Epic Parking Cost: No Fee
