Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated CRM solutions. This role is central to managing client projects from initial concept to final delivery ensuring the creation of scalable secure and high-performing systems on the Salesforce platform.

Core Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive flexible and adaptable solutions by gathering and analyzing client information. Develop and create scalable secure and sustainable technology solutions.
Project Leadership: Oversee external client projects ensuring successful delivery of business consulting and systems development. Lead and manage team members effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Execution: Utilize relevant Salesforce platform development experience to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Design and develop integrations with other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
Business Engagement: Conduct workshops during project discovery phases. Support pre-sales activities including working on proposals and estimating the scope of work.
Continuous Innovation: Continuously study new technologies and functionalities. Rapidly learn and leverage new concepts business models and technologies to push platform capabilities.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

Salesforce Clouds: End-to-end implementation experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud. Functional understanding of LWC FSL Salesforce Marketing and Wave Cloud.
Business Processes: Expertise in Lead Management Quote to Cash Case Management and Call Center processes.
Integrations & Apps: Proven experience in application development and integration using different design patterns. Experience working with App Exchange products.
Methodologies: Practical experience in Agile and other project management methods.
