MW Partners is currently seeking a Travel & Expense Auditor to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Execute specifically built Concur queries for all approved and paid expense reports on a weekly basis
- Review and analyze all domestic and international Paramount Pictures expense reports which are reported on the weekly Concur query
- Determine the risk assessment and prioritize the findings
- Provide Management with results of T&E policy findings of all infractions
- Work with employees who had T&E policy infractions to enhance their knowledge of the policies to prevent future issues
- Provide support to all employees who need assistance and guidance with expense reports
- Ad-hoc/miscellaneous reporting and analysis for the Corporate Card Programs and Concur
- Provides Concur reports as requested by management
- Demonstrate and practice a high degree of professional integrity and ethical responsibility in all business Activities
- Acts as a role model for the Client Code of Conduct and demonstrates the highest ethical standards
- Create and amend queries in order to be able to analyze the policy criteria
- Propose policy enhancements to Management
- Special projects as called upon by management
Requirements:
- 3 years of Concur experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency with Concur Word and Excel
- Must be solutions-oriented self-motivated highly organized and flexible
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with
- executives.
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail
- Internal customer focus
Desired skills:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
- Must have an entrepreneurial orientation;
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint Access Visio.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross functional teams throughout a full project lifecycle;
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels;
- Knowledge of information technology finance and sourcing/procurement processes;
