Job Description
Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)
Start Date: 11/3/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Robbinsdale MN 55422
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days
Shift Notes: 8 & 12 hour shifts/ Primarily 7am-3:30pm/40 hour guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Possible Weekends
On-Call Requirements: No On Call
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: na
Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 35-mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: Scrubs (any color)

Further Specifics:
- MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting is required for ALL patient-facing positions
- The client has a strict compliance deadline of 4 pm on the Wednesday before the start - there will be no exceptions.
***This specific assignment is to support the flu vaccination clinic.
*** The shift is primarily 7 am-3:30 pm; shifts may vary to accommodate team members varying shifts.
The Nurse LPN provides individualized nursing care in the medical center adult and geriatric customers and families as directed and supervised by the Registered Nurse. Uses the nursing process as a framework for practice in the performance of general and home health-specific competencies.
Accountabilities:
- Observes and reports subjective and objective information from the customer and family.
- Recognizes changes in condition and reports promptly to the MD or registered nurse.
- Assists in implementing treatments and education for the customer and family as directed by the MD and the registered nurse and communicates client responses verbally and in writing as appropriate.
- Provides a safe physical environment.
- Accurately completes progress notes and daily logs.
- Collaborates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.
- The team member is accountable for demonstrating proficiency in the skills outlined in the appropriate position skills list.
- The team member is accountable for maintaining skill proficiency including improvement where deemed necessary and upgrading any additional or new skills on the appropriate position skills list.
- Vaccination Experience - Required
- 2 Years Travel Experience - Preferred
- BLS (AHA or ARC) - Required
- Adult Population Experience - Required
- Agility EMR - Preferred
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- Two Supervisory reference forms taken in the last two years
- If a candidate is not eligible to work in the USA it must be noted on their profile
- ALL RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal; we may not honor RTO requests after submittal
