Job Description
- Job Title: LTC CNA
- Location: New Lisbon WI 53950
- Contract: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
- Shift: PM shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) every other weekend
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Answer call lights
- Assist residents with ADLs including toileting transferring bathing grooming etc.
- Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
- Obtain vitals weights and other information as needed
- Meet resident needs in a timely manner
- Report any allegations of abuse neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse
- Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Night Shift current BLS required.
- 1 years of related work experience preferred.
