About the Role

Were seeking a Software QA Engineer (QA Associate/Analyst 3) to join a high-performing team supporting our client. You will play a key role in planning executing and automating testing for web-based applications and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and design documents to develop detailed test cases
Design and execute automated tests on HTML PDF Excel reports
Perform manual and automated functional regression performance and accessibility testing
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality
Utilize SQL for data validation and manipulation
Execute API performance and accessibility testing
Document test cases test results and defect reports clearly and thoroughly

Required Skills & Experience

8 yrs Testing complex web applications
8 yrs QA across all phases of SDLC
5 yrs Advanced SQL for data validation
3 yrs API JSON XML
2 yrs Performance testing (WAPT Pro JMeter or equivalent)

Preferred Skills

5 yrs Testing and validating reports
3 yrs API testing (SOAP & REST)
2 yrs Zephyr Scale
2 yrs JIRA

Work Environment

Remote Work: 100% Telework from anywhere within the U.S.
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (CST)
Extended Hours: May include evenings/weekends with prior approval
Travel: Rare pre-approved only; all travel expenses as per Texas state guidelines
