Job Title: Scheduler – Turnaround Planning (Oil & Gas)
Location: Qatar
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in Turnaround (TA) planning within the petrochemical and oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare the Turnaround (TA) plan and schedule in collaboration.

Update schedules regularly identify potential delays and highlight problem areas.
-
Generate and submit daily status reports.
-
Consolidate measurement sheets variation sheets manpower histograms NCR copies pre-inspection checklists IPF copies and other TA-related records.
-
Prepare and present daily look-ahead reports in the agreed format for use in look-ahead meetings.
-
Provide additional data and insights as requested.
-
Proactively identify risks lags and bottlenecks and notify all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Diploma in Engineering (mandatory).
-
Minimum 6–8 years of overall experience including at least 5 years in TA Planning within petrochemical/oil & gas plants.
-
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Primavera and Power BI.
-
Previous experience with SAP is required.
-
Fully fluent in English both written and spoken.
