Job Description
Role: SAP RE-FX
Hiring Mode: Employment Contract 1 year Extension
Location: Munich Germany
Hybrid/Onsite/Remote: 2-3 Days Onsite/Week
Language: English and German fluent
- Skilled person in SAP (not only RE-FX but also in the securities area)
- Skilled person in understanding GDPR best with knowledge hot the solution is implemented within MEAG/MR
- Skilled person in SaaS AvenData
- Skilled person in add-ons of PROMOS”
- Real estate expertise – Essential specialist knowledge in real estate asset- property- and facility management
- Legal background – Knowledge of real estate law in HGB IFRS tax and tenancy law
- Knowledge of business processes in real estate – contract management technical and commercial real estate management (including processes such as service charge settlement rent adjustment rent accounting letting and leasing processes space management etc.)
- Experience with IFRS 16/IAS 17 accounting and balance sheet valuation of leases in SAP RE-FX
