Brief Overview:

This internship role supports the end-to-end execution of SGXs Management Associate (MA) Program ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient coordination across recruitment stages. The role involves close collaboration with HRBPs unit heads and external vendors to manage assessments interviews and onboarding logistics.

Part-time internship is considered.


Learning Objectives:

The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of SGXs Management Associate (MA) Program.

This includes exposure to CV screening psychometric assessments interview coordination and assessment centre logistics. The intern will learn how to:

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including HRBPs unit heads and assessors.
  • Manage timelines and candidate communications across various recruitment stages.
  • Compile and analyze assessment data for decision-making.
  • Prepare interview materials and brief senior leaders on candidate profiles.
  • Support offer and onboarding processes including documentation and candidate engagement.
  • Apply project management and communication skills in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.


This internship offers a comprehensive view of strategic talent acquisition and program execution equipping the intern with practical skills in HR operations stakeholder management and data handling.

Job Responsibilities

Assessment Coordination

  • Schedule and send batches of online assessment to shortlisted candidates.
  • Track completion deadlines and compile results into masterlists for review.
  • Forward online assessment results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Interview Management

  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple units and HRBPs.
  • Arrange logistics including room bookings calendar invites and candidate briefings.
  • Prepare CVs and candidate decks for Senior Management interviews and brief interviewers on candidate profiles.

Assessment Centre (AC) Execution

  • Support planning and logistics for ACs and Hackathons including scheduling materials preparation and observer coordination.
  • Capture and consolidate feedback from assessors and Senior Management panel members.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding outcomes and next steps.

Offer and Onboarding Support

  • Liaise with candidates post-interview to confirm offer details and acceptance.
  • Prepare and send offer letters including benefits schedules.
  • Coordinate with HRBP support for onboarding processes.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders including HRBPs unit heads and PAs.
  • Ensure alignment on timelines candidate progress and interview logistics.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and scheduling tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
