Requirements
Key responsibilities
Assist clients in various industries in the conduct of various tax and corporate services (e.g. prepared and filed tax returns tax compliance review tax consultancyassisted during investigation transfer pricing incorporation dissolution tax ruling process etc.).
Utilize appropriate skills and software to prepare tax returns draft reports opinions and other relevant forms documents and papers
Research and consult with colleagues and/or superiors on various tax and corporate matters
Establish and enhance relationships with appropriate client personnel and officers of various government agencies
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients seniors managers and other members of the Firm
Provide effective conflict resolution as needed.
