Partner with the best

The EPC Project Document Controller role will be responsible for EPC Project operations and programs support. You will get involved in standardization/quality management/document management/methods creation and maintenance/process improvement and tools for the Project management function.

As an EPC Project Document Controller you will be responsible for:

Maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current EPC Project documents and related information throughout the Project cycle.

Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches methods procedures and processes in the own field.

Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control requirements for new Projects.

Reporting internally on documentation status and Providing general administrative support to the Project team.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor from an accredited school.

Have proven experience in a Project Document Controller role. Nuclear Industry experience is an advantage.

Have sound oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.

Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment.

Be able to work collaboratively in the wider organisation.

Be a successful team player and have the ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills.
