The compensation range for this role is $18.90 - $27.30 per hour.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by your expected graduation date.

About the position

This spring role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong customer service mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to an elite clientele at our St. Louis Missouri facility.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
  • Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
  • Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
  • Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
  • Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards aircraft models applications and subscriptions
  • Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
  • Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
  • Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
  • Computer skills in Excel Word and presentation applications preferred
  • Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
  • Special projects as needed

Preferred Education Requirement

  • Seeking a degree in international business business administration aeonautical engineering business management or relative area.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Other Requirements:
    1. Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application actively pursuing a bachelors degree or above.
    2. Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
    3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
    4. Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
    5. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
    6. Must have reliable transportation.
