Job Description
Electronics Technician
Our client a prominent equipment manufacturing company has an opening for a Electronics/Power Supplies Technician to play a key role in assembling large power supply units.
Responsibilities:
* Sets up and takes down electrically powered equipment as required
* Interprets instructions to determine proper order of operations
* Performs soldering and assembly work on components and sub-assemblies working with minimal supervision while following established procedures
* Routes and organizes wiring applies correct color coding makes soldered connections and ensures clean finishes
* Installs wireway systems
* Measures bends and installs conduit
* Prepares cabinets by cutting openings to mount electrical devices
Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position or role
*Attention to detail and good organizational skills
*Understanding reading blueprints and symbols
*Knowledgeable with OHMs Law & NEC codes
*Familiarity with Lock-out & Tag-out procedures
