What you will be doing
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Energy/Water Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:
Support the development and oversight of Energy/Water strategies contribute to efficiency projects analyze data and learn about regulatory compliance and new technologies.
Supporting projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans including surveys and data analysis.
Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management including metering Building Management Systems and Energy/Water Management software.
Youll develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies understanding global/local energy markets and learning about relevant energy codes standards and regulations.
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. A potential rotation within the UK Energy & Sustainability team focusing on hands-on experience in CO2/Energy/Water projects data analysis and reporting.
Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Energy/Water Manager!
What we are looking for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme you will need to demonstrate you have:
A degree level or equivalent within Engineering Energy/Water Management Environmental Engineering Facility Management or a related field with a focus on sustainability and data analysis.
Competent user of spreadsheets graphs statistic figures and data analytics
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
