Your responsibilities:

• Welcome and assess clients with hearing loss interpreting audiometric tests and other clinical information.

• Select recommend and fit hearing aids (HAs) and accessories based on each clients specific needs.

• Conduct the sales process for the recommended products in line with AudioNovas commercial policies (pricing payment terms promotions).

• Perform fine-tuning and monitor the performance of hearing aids ensuring adaptation and client satisfaction.

• Implement the AudioNova Treatment Program providing continuous support throughout the clients hearing journey.

• Accurately record information in the internal system including service details sales and follow-ups.

• Reach out to both active and inactive clients creating new opportunities for sales and engagement.

• Promote AudioNova campaigns and programs such as Refer a Friend and product launches.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Audiology with an active professional license (CRFa or equivalent).

• Genuine interest in working with hearing care and commercial performance.

• Strong communication skills empathy and client focus.

• Organization responsibility and proactivity in service delivery and record keeping.

• Previous experience in hearing aid sales and working with senior clients is a plus.
