POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Manager of District Onboarding will function as a Project Manager responsible for leading the comprehensive process of onboarding new school districts to the T3 Pathways to Careers (P2C) platform. This role ensures all implementation steps from mapping district pathways to executing agreementsare completed on time and with exceptional quality. The position requires strong project management skills deep understanding of career pathway structures and the ability to work cross-functionally with all T3 departments and external partners to ensure fidelity to the T3 model. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment has excellent organizational skills and is committed to educational equity and workforce readiness. Experience with Industry-Based Certifications (IBC) Career and Technical Education (CTE) Early College High School (ECHS) and Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) programs is highly preferred. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The position may directly supervise 1-2 team members and/or collaborate/guide work of consultants including interns. This includes setting clear roles and responsibilities providing performance feedback and conducting evaluations. Days/Hours: Monday to Friday8:30AM 5:00PM (Min. 3 Days a week onsite; occasional evenings and weekends as needed.) ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES District Onboarding Management - Lead the full onboarding process for new districts from initial engagement to platform launch.
- Develop and manage onboarding timelines deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate district pathway mapping including designations programs of study career clusters and endorsements.
- Oversee integration of advisor/counselor caseload assignments within the platform.
- Ensure all required data sharing agreements MOUs and legal documents are executed.
- Confirm the district pricing model and ensure accurate documentation for invoicing.
- Collaborate with T3s product program and development teams to align platform features with district needs.
- Work cross-functionally with T3 departments and external stakeholders to ensure model implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for district onboarding.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with district leaders and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide clear updates to T3 leadership on progress risks and resource needs.
Process Optimization & Quality Assurance - Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities in project management systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity compliance and alignment with T3s quality standards
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES - Successfully onboard all assigned districts to the P2C platform within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Achieve 100% completion of data agreements MOUs and pathway mapping prior to platform launch.
- Maintain high district satisfaction ratings throughout the onboarding process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding framework to support organizational growth.
QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelors degree in education Business Project Management or related field required.
Experience - 5 years of project management or implementation experience preferably in education workforce development or SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion.
- Experience with IBC CTE Early College High School and P-TECH programs required.
- Experience with education pathway frameworks district partnerships or student advising systems preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities - Strong project management organizational and follow-through skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Asana ) and Microsoft Office Suite.
