As theDuty Security Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping a safe secure and welcoming environment for all who enter the venue. You will lead the day-to-day security operations with confidence and clarity overseeing the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and a dedicated team of security professionals. Your leadership will ensure that every shift runs smoothly with regular briefings strong team coordination and adherence to safety protocols.

- Lead and manage the Security Operations Centre (SOC) ensuring efficient monitoring incident response and seamless coordination across security teams.
- Supervise and support security officers ensuring they are well-prepared briefed and aligned with daily operational objectives and special assignments.
- Conduct daily operational briefings to communicate priorities updates and potential risks to the security team.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills knowledge and performance of all security personnel.
- Foster a professional supportive team environment through effective leadership coaching and continuous feedback.
- Maintain clear confident communication with clients guests and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to report on security performance share insights and recommend operational improvements.
- Adhere to all site-specific SOPs to ensure consistent compliant and safe security operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs and apply them effectively in both routine and emergency scenarios.
- Participate in ongoing SOP and policy-related training as required.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Security Manager or Supervisor with a strong background in team leadership and SOC operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to deliver clear and professional updates.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive business-oriented approach to decision-making and accountability.
- Proficiency in computer systems including SOC technologies and administrative tools.
Qualifications:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) Licence
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence
